How long, what you own, what changes later
How long does a build take? Two to three weeks for The Website. Four to six weeks for The Website with an Agent, because the approved list of facts needs to be thorough enough for the Agent to answer safely.
Do I own the site when it is built? Yes. The code, the content, the domain, and the approved facts are all yours. BeargrassAI hosts, maintains, and tunes, but a client who ever wants to leave takes the work with them. No lock-in.
What if I want to change something after launch? Small content changes (hours, prices, a new service) are included in maintenance. Bigger changes are a short conversation and a quote if the work is substantial.
Do you guarantee a Google ranking? Nobody can. What I can guarantee is that your site is built so Google and AI tools can read it accurately, and that your Google Business Profile is tuned the way Google currently rewards. The rest is the market.
Where an Agent fits, and where we work
Can I add an Agent later? Yes. The Website is designed so an Agent can be added cleanly. Many clients start with The Website and add the Agent once the site has proved itself.
Will the Agent ever make up an answer? No. Every answer comes from facts you have approved. If a customer asks something the facts do not cover, the Agent says so and offers to take a message. That is the rule, not a setting.
Do you work outside the Flathead Valley? Yes, though the best fit is always Western Montana. Mark keeps a short client list, and the ones farther away tend to be people Mark already knows.
Who built this site? Mark Ulett. The same hand that builds your site, end to end.
Pricing, offshoring, payment
Will the price change after we start? No. Mark gives you the full number in writing before any payment, including the cap on how much the Agent can cost in a busy month. If something genuinely new comes up mid-build, we have a conversation about it before any number moves.
Do you outsource any of the work? No. Mark does the build. If a job ever calls for another set of hands, you approve the hire by name before they touch your project. No offshore teams. Made in America, by American labor.
How do I pay? Card, ACH, or check. Setup is invoiced when the work begins. Monthly maintenance starts the month after launch.
